How to change my contact number and email address?

The contact number and email address in my account setting is old one (they cannot be use anymore), how do I update to new email or phone number?
I have tried to modify, however the SMS code is sending to old email address or old phone number..

I had a back and forth with the psc . they want to verify your identify before they change for you .v PSC- Ask him to provide us with a recent telco bill with date clearly shown or bank statement which tallies with his NRIC address, so we know it's really him behind the keyboard. Do let me know the ticket with the documents

can you go to lazada chat and informed them the you are trying to change both email and number on the account as both info are no longer in used.... my account just solve it
