I had a back and forth with the psc . they want to verify your identify
before they change for you .v PSC- Ask him to provide us with a recent telco
bill with date clearly shown or bank statement which tallies with his NRIC address,
so we know it's really him behind the keyboard. Do let me know the ticket with the documents
