It’s fast and simple to create a size chart during listing, create a size chart template, and manage a size chart template! All you have to do is follow a few simple steps below and you will have your template ready in no time.

How to create a Size Chart During Listing:

Steps:

1. Login to your “Seller Center”

2. Click on “Add/Manage product”

3. Scroll down to the Product Description section

4. Click on the new “Size Chart Tool” to select an existing size chart template, or click on “Create a new size chart, or upload a “Size Chart Image” directly.

5. Click on “Create New Size Chart” on the listing page and enter the customization details

6. Add a size chart note for your customers in the description box (If needed).

7. Enter the value of your size chart or other dimensions like length in the table

8. Click “Submit” to generate your customized size chart.

How to create a size chart template?

There are TWO options to create a size chart template.

Option 1:

1. Go to the listing product page and scroll down to the Product Description section, and then click on “Create New Size Chart” to enable the template’s function.

Option 2:

1. Go to the Manage Size Chart page and click on “Add New Template” to create a size chart template

2. Add a size chart note for your customers in the description box (If needed).

3. Enter the value of your size chart or other dimensions such as length in the table

4. Enable “Save” as Template and key in the size chart template name

5. Click “Submit” to generate your customized size chart.

How to manage and link a size chart template:

On the manage size chart page,

1. You can search your existing template by template name or template ID.

2. You can check your template information such as basic info, preview image, description, and quantity of linked products.

3. Create a new template

4. Edit, link product(s), duplicate a template, and delete a template.

To Link Products:

1. Click “Link Products” to check the details

2. Filter products by their conditions, product name, and product ID

3. Check the product(s) linked to a specific size chart template such as Linked, Not Linked, or Linked to other template(s).

4. You can link a single product by selecting the product and clicking on the link button or choose to link multiple products via the checkbox option. For multiple products, you can select from different pages. *Max 20 products can be linked at a time.

5. Click the “Link to Template/Unlink from Template” button above to batch link or unlink products.
