Checking your standard fulfillment type
1. Drop-off
Sellers can handover parcels at any nearest drop-off point. List of drop-off points is accessible via Seller Center.
Pick-up is automatically arranged if your parcel exceeds drop-off point limit. Here are more tips to fulfill orders via drop-off.
2. Pick-up
The respective logistic partner will receive your pick-up request once parcels are set to “Ready to Ship”. Please handover parcels to logistic personnel when they arrive at your
warehouse. Alternatively, you may drop-off your pick-up parcels if logistic partner provides this option.
Processing new orders from Seller Center
Helpful tips to fulfill orders:
1. Set your product weight and dimension correctly. This information is used to assign your parcel to the right fulfillment type.
2. Follow proper packaging guidelines. Ensure smooth handover and buyer satisfaction. Logistic partner may reject parcels that are not properly packed.
3. Set Ready to Ship only if you are ready to handover your parcels Courier personnel will mark your parcels as Parcel Not Ready (PNR) if you set parcels as “Ready to Ship”, but unable to handover when they are picking it up.
4. Ensure all parcels are scanned during handover Scanned parcels will trigger status update and notification to buyers accordingly. Please verify the number of parcels scanned by courier personnel to avoid any discrepancy.
Dropping off your pickup parcels
1. POPStop
Sellers are now able to drop-off SpeedPost parcels at POPStop instead of waiting for courier personnel for doorstep collection.
POPStop is now available in all Singapore Post Office. Click here to find the nearest Post Office and its operating hours.
2. NinjaVan
Drop-off your NinjaVan oversized (exceed drop-off point limit) parcels at these locations:

Dropping off your pick-up parcels option is not available for other logistics partners that are not mentioned above. Dropping off parcels to other channels may result in parcel scan (status update) delay, parcel cancellation, or parcel lost.
Request one time pickup for drop off parcels
It is important to set your product weight and dimension correctly. Pickup is automatically arranged if your parcels exceed drop off point limit. Please reach out to PSC should your parcel is being rejected at drop-off point for an invalid reason.
