5/ FAQs

(a) How is PNR calculated?

PNR performance is measured in percentage of the total PNR packages divided by the total packages under RTS for the week. You should aim to be at 0% for a good rating.

(b) I only have 10 parcels under 'RTS' in a week, would I be subjected to non-compliance points if my PNR is 50%?

In this case, you would not be subjected to Non-Compliance Points. Please refer to the threshold below for more information.

(c) I initiated RTS/Arrange Shipment for 10 Parcels at 10AM, 3PL arrives at 12PM (on the same day) but I only managed to handover 5 Parcels. Will the remaining 5 Parcels be considered in the PNR calculation?

Yes, the 5 packages that have been flagged as PNR will be included in the PNR Calculations. Sellers are reminded to only initiate RTS/Arrange Shipment when the packages are ready for handover.

(d) 3PL collected my parcel without scanning. Will the parcels be tagged as PNR?

Seller should ensure 3PL scans all parcels before handing over. Lazada will not be liable for any parcel lost due to non-scanning of parcels. In the event the parcels are flagged as PNR but is scanned and updated within the same day, the parcels will be excluded from PNR calculation.

(e) I disagree with the non-compliance points received, how do I submit an appeal?

If you received Non-Compliance Points due to PNR, you can make an appeal via the growth center with the following:-

(i) Indicate if you did/did not acknowledge and validate the parcels handed over
(ii) Include any photo evidence that may help substantiate against the Non-compliance points received

(f) Will my parcels be flagged as PNR if my seller store is closed?

No. Drivers have multiple reason codes to key in and PNR is one of it. There is a reason called 'store closed" that drivers will key in if store closed instead of PNR, and this does not contribute to PNR tagging

(g) How does Lazada ensure the 3PL partner inputs the correct reason codes?

Drivers are educated on inputting the correct reason codes based on the types of situations. There will be penalty if 3PL fail to provide valid proof upon audit of request. For example, If seller store closed, 3PL is expected to take and keep photos as proof and we have geolocation mapped at point of tag to make sure they do not initiate the wrong reasons
