Package Not Ready (PNR) Policy

Overview

Package Not Ready (PNR) also known as Early Ready-To-Ship happens when a seller sets an order to ‘Ready to Ship’ or click 'Arrange Shipment' (New UI) even though it is not packed or ready to be handed over to the respective 3PL partners.

For sellers that are using 3PL pickup, as soon as you click RTS, the 3PL partners will be signaled to pick up your items and allocate the right amount of capacity for the pickup. During the handover process, please acknowledge and validate all parcels handed over to the 3PL partners.

Penalty

Due to the impact of PNR parcels, sellers with high PNR volume & rate will be penalized with up to 6 Non-Compliance Points depending on the severity of the policy violation -
