What is Priority Delivery Program?
From 10 Oct 2022, our fast shipping program has been rebranded as priority delivery program and designed to reward sellers with reliable and fast delivery.
It offers enhanced customer experience and buyers can expect to receive their priority delivery orders within 2 days from the time order is placed.
Why should sellers be part of the program?
To reward sellers with reliable and fast delivery via:
a. Increased visibility to buyers with exclusive tag
b. Traffic boosting
c. Product search ranking uplift
How do I qualify for program?
Sellers who meets the following criteria on a monthly review and achieve the following performance target to remain in program:

Performance criteria are subject to monthly review and sellers must achieve the above-mentioned performance target to remain in the Program.
Lazada reserves the rights to remove the Seller from the Program at any time if performance does not meet expectations.
What is Priority Delivery Rate?
⚠️Time period: Measured over a period of 28 days and is refreshed daily;
i.e with D being today's date, the period will be D-8 to D-35

How do I differentiate it on Order Management Page?
Go to Order Management Page > you will be able to filter all Priority Delivery to prioritize your packages for packing and shipment!
How do I monitor my Priority Delivery Rate?
The priority delivery rate can be found at the top of the Order Management page.
How would my Priority Delivery Rate be affected if I am on holiday mode?
Priority delivery eligibility will be evaluated when sellers are back from holiday mode.
The eligibility metrics and period explained applies.
Why do I see a shorter Ship On Time (SOT) SLA of an order with Priority Delivery tag?
The SLA is to help you identify the cut off time to be eligible for priority delivery. The actual SOT SLA will be updated once you have passed the cut off time.
This tag helps to identify and prioritize orders that could have been enrolled in priority delivery program.
By fulfilling those orders within Priority Delivery SLA, you increase your eligibility to be enrolled into the program.
Will my SOT be affected if I am unable to fulfill orders within Priority Delivery SLA?
Yes, it will be affected if you are unable to fulfill orders within Priority Delivery SLA.
Rest assured your SOT will not be affected as long as you fulfill the order within SOT SLA.
