How is the shipping fee billed and credited?

The shipping fee will be billed as debit appearing as “Shipping Fee (Charged by Lazada)” and under “Orders - Other Debits” in your account statement. The shipping fee credited to your account will appear as "Shipping Fee (Paid by Customer).

What are the orders eligible for shipping fee?

All Delivered Orders (excluding those sent via Postal Mail or Seller's Own Fleet) will be charged with shipping fee.

Will I be charged of Shipping Fee for failed deliveries?

No. Failed Deliveries are not charged with shipping fee.

Will Lazada refund the shipping fee for returned orders by the buyers?

No. Shipping Fee will incur for all delivered orders. Returns initiated by buyers after successful delivery are not eligible for shipping fee refund.

What can I do if I get an incorrect shipping fee charge?

You may submit a query claim through MasterForm > Shipping Fee > Incorrect Shipping Type Charge.

How much is shipping fee? 

Seller can check the price by following the Shipping Fee Rate Card which takes into consideration of the Actual Package weight vs Dim Weight.

How long of the shipping fee period be charged?

The shipping fee will be charged together with the seller payout period, on weekly basis, for orders delivered in the past week (from Monday to Sunday).

Any GST included?

Shipping Fee (Charged by Lazada) will include GST 8%.

Will GST be refunded in case of over-charged by Lazada?

Lazada will refund GST 8% if there is an over-charge.

I see the same tracking number being charged the shipping fees several times.

One tracking number is for 1 parcel; 1 parcel can contain 1 or more items inside from the SAME order number only!  In these cases, the shipping fee will be split among the the items shipped under the same tracking number. 

*Orders sent via Postal Mail or Seller's Own Fleet are excluded from these charges.

Will Sat and Sun shipping fee be billed in the same billing cycle or will there be a delay?

There should not be any delay in the Shipping Fee billings as the shipping fee is posted by our system on the same day of order delivery.

What happens if there’s no Shipping fee charged by Lazada together with the order? 

In case there is no shipping fee appearing in the order after delivery for more than 1 day, you can report the issue to our PSC team for support. We will investigate the reason, and bill the correct shipping fee of the order after the resolution.

How will the adjusted shipping fee detail (by order level) be displayed?

Shipping fee adjustment will be displayed as "Adjustments Shipping Fee". You may find the adjustments on Account Statement and Transaction Overview page.
