1. Orders which do not meet Ship On Time for the last 4 weeks are visible on 'Order Management' > 'On Time Fulfillment Rate' tab
2. Check out the Transit To Ship deadline for your past orders that have failed Ship On Time on 'Order Management' > 'Cancellation Rate'tab
