Incorrect Fulfilment Policy

To provide the best buying experience for our Buyers and the best selling experience for our Sellers, Lazada has integrated with a wide array of logistics partners to provide end to end fulfilment of your parcels. Sellers shall only use Lazada’s logistics partner assigned to them (hereinafter referred to as “Logistics Partner”) for deliveries as this ensures traceability of all parcels for both Buyers and Sellers.

What are the type of Fulfilment available in Lazada?

Please refer below on the available fulfilment type to ensure that you select the most suitable option for your items.

Can I request to change my assigned Logistics Partner?

Lazada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to use any method or route to perform the Logistics Services (as defined in the Marketplace Agreement), including to sub-contract all or part of the Logistics Services, and to use any sub-contractor which Lazada deems appropriate. For more details, please refer to our Marketplace Agreement.

If you wish to change your profile type (Drop Off / Pick Up) and/or experience high damaged or lost parcels, you may submit your request via the MasterForm>Transport > I would like to change my standard shipment provider and our Partner Support Team would review your request. Please take note that all requests are subjected to approval.

If your request has been approved, do note that changes will NOT be applied to existing orders. Change will only be effective on NEW orders created after the effective date and time.

Why was my request for the change of assigned Logistics Partner been rejected?

At Lazada, we are committed to ensure our Sellers are allocated with the best shipping provider that match with your location and package profile to ensure the best experience for both Buyers and Sellers. Hence, we do not recommend Seller to request for a change in the shipping provider. Please refer to the fulfilment type summary to make ensure you set up your SKU shipping provider correctly in order for us to assign the most suitable Logistics Partner to you.

What happens if I am not using the assigned Logistics Partner/fulfilment type?

In the event Seller uses a different Logistics Partner, shipping label and/or other delivery method and not Lazada’s assigned Logistics Partner, the Seller will be deemed as having
breached Lazada’s policies and processes.

Lazada shall not be obliged to assist you to update the status of delivery on Seller Center, nor shall Lazada be liable to you for any losses you suffer in the event you do not fulfil the
order using the Logistics Partner assigned by Lazada

Sellers, who deviate from our Lazada’s assigned Logistics Partner/fulfilment process, infringes the Off-Platform Transaction and Fulfilment Fraud rules under Fair Trading Policy. Please refer to the Fair Trading Policy for more details.

If you have received a notification that you had violated our policy and you would like to file an appeal request, you may do so in the Growth Center

We would like to reiterate the importance of the SKU configuration and the compliance from the seller to use the shipping method and delivery option assigned by Lazada at all times.
