Same Day(6hrs) Delivery* is an on-demand delivery service type, partnered with Grab, to provide a faster delivery option to buyers. Orders will be delivered within 6-hours** from order placement.
* Please note that for now, this service is available to sellers by platform invitation only. If you are keen to have Same Day (6hrs) delivery service enabled for your store, please fill in the interest form (only eligible sellers will be contacted)
** For orders placed between 12.00am – 9.00am, the SOT will begin its count from 9am. Same Day (6hrs) delivery is only available to buyers on Weekdays (excluding PH).

Q1: When will Same Day (6hrs) Delivery be available?
Same Day (6hrs) Delivery is only available to Buyers on Weekdays, between 1200AM to 1500PM (excluding Public Holidays). Pick-up window by Grab is available after 0900AM.
Q2: Can I enable Same Day (6hrs) Delivery option for SKUs that requires to be shipped via Delivered by Seller (DBS)?
No. Seller will not be able to offer Same Day (6hrs) delivery service for SKUs that require shipment via Delivered by Seller (DBS).
Enabling Same Day (6hrs) delivery option would mean buyer have the option to either select:
1) Standard shipment option via 3PL
OR 2) Same Day (6hrs) delivery option via Grab
Q3: What is the Fulfilment Process of an Same Day (6hrs) Delivery order?
Kindly ‘Arrange Shipment’ and have the parcel ready within 2-hours from order creation to allow the Grab Rider sufficient time to pick up the Parcel.

SOT SLA is 4 hours, calculated from Order Creation to Handover of Package to Grab Rider. Parcels that breach the SOT SLA will risk breach cancellation within the next working day.

Q5: What is the rate for Same Day (6hrs) Delivery?
Delivery fee is calculated based on the distance of seller’s store/warehouse to the address buyer have selected at checkout. Click here for our shipping rate card.
⚠️Please note that parcel weight has to be 4kg and below. Parcel dimension should not exceed 32cm x 25cm x 12cm. If you have individual SKUs that exceed the weight or dimension limit, the Grab Rider reserves the right to reject the parcel.
Q6: How do I enable Same Day (6hrs) Delivery for my SKU?
Once Same Day (6hrs) Delivery is enabled for your store, please note that all SKUs that meet the parcel size/weight requirement will have the Same Day (6hrs) Delivery Option enabled on Product Description Page (PDP).
Please note the following:
1) SKU with parcel size/weight within requirement will be automatically set for 'Same Day (6hrs) Delivery' option to be made available. If you wish to disable the delivery option, please follow the guide and select 'No'.
2) SKU with parcel size/weight above requirement will not have the 'Same Day (6hrs) Delivery' option available to buyer even if you have selected 'Yes' as a delivery option.
3) Mass Edit function is available via Product > Bulk Add/Edit Products
Q7: How do I fulfill an 'Same Day (6hrs) Delivery' parcel?
⚠️To adhere to the SOT SLA, kindly ‘Arrangement Shipment’ and have the parcel ready within 2-hours from order creation to allow the Grab Rider sufficient time to pick up the Parcel.
Parcels that breach the SOT SLA will risk cancellation within the next working day.
Q8: How do I set Free Shipping Promo for Same Day (6hrs) Delivery option?

Q9: What happens in an event of a failed delivery?
Same Day (6hrs) Delivery requires buyers or their representatives to be receive the package in person. In the event of a failed delivery (example: customer address invalid or customer not at home), the package will be returned to you). There will be no charges to both Seller and Buyer in the event this happens.
In the event of a failed pickup due to no rider assigned, it will be cancelled within 10-hours from the time the order was created. There is no impact to seller cancellation rate.
